When does treatment take place?
Treatment at Min terapeut takes place in the evening, from 19:30 to 22:30.
What does the treatment cost?
A session of individual therapy costs 1,500 NOK (approximately € 150).
Framework for the sessions
A session lasts 45 minutes. A session can be arranged in advance as a double session. A session can also be extended to a double session during the appointment, provided that it does not conflict with subsequent appointments.
Do I have to pay everything myself?
Yes, you must pay everything yourself, because Min terapeut does not currently have an operating agreement with the public sector. You receive a receipt for all fees. Some may be able to submit these to an insurance company, employer or others.
Where does treatment take place?
Min terapeut is located by the Courthouse in Sandvika, at Anthon Walles vei 36, 1337 Sandvika. It is a short walk to Sandvika train station and bus terminal. There is free public parking in the evening.
How often does one attend appointments, and how long does psychotherapy last?
It is usual to have one session a week when one is in therapy. It is difficult to state how many appointments each individual client needs, because this varies from client to client. But many clients at Min terapeut find that between ten and twelve therapy sessions is sufficient.
